Absolutely brilliant!! Classic Cleese!!
I laughed so hard I made myself dizzy. Why are garbled words so funny? And why is it that the funniest moments in this (to me) are when he STOPS talking and looks expectantly at the viewer?
“teats slip temperance and …” LMAO!
PS: Did you know this podcast was posted on YouTube?
excuse me, Sir, are you available during office hours so I may hug u?
That makes perfect sense.
I would love to show this to several scientists I work with… in fact, I PLAN TO!!!!
Oh, and as a followup — that little bit where he says “e=3r…. I’ll say that again…” is just too wicked. and if he’d then said, “And I leave the derivation of that as an exercise for the student…” I would not have regained my sanity for at least two days!
Just wondering if John could explain the bit after his 4th main point part w???
